Tender & very flavorful! Typically used for fajitas or stir-fry, best marinated, cooked medium rare, & sliced against the grain.  

Thinly shaved meat from the rear quarter, cooks in a flash. Great for stir fry, cheese steaks, fajitas, etc.

Fat & juicy dogs with great snap & texture.  Made with 80% pork & 20% Beef. Very flavorful with a very faint hint of horseradish. Packages of 6 dogs. Contains preservatives. For smaller mouths, these dogs can be cooked then cut lengthwise to go twice as far!

~4# bone-in roast, ideal for pot roast or pulled beef. Very tender & flavorful due to its marbling that melts when braised with some liquid low & slow over several hours. My favorite is red wine, beef base, chopped onion in the crock-pot. Sear first & deglaze pan for added flavor.  *A great substitute for chuck roast is Osso Buco!*

3" thick from the rear leg so they are super meaty; just a small marrow bone that will add even more flavor.

From the prime rib- will be tender & flavorful.  Similar to pork baby back ribs.  Cooking with moist heat  tends to make the meat fall off the bone easier - to impart greater  flavor, use a dry & smokey heat to bring out the great prime rib flavor.

Dog chews!  

Use for rendering or mixing with lean meats (wild game?) to make your own sausage at home. Pork lard has a high heat point & is an easily digestible cooking oil. 

These are the mini, tender nuggets under the breast bone that you may have never noticed before. They are extremely tender & bite sized. They take a bit of work to harvest & it takes about 30 chickens to get 1# of these delicacies. 

We like to simply sauté with garlic butter & salt but you may have other unique stir-fry options.

It's the best of both worlds. Super tender & flavorful breast meat, made even better by cooking with the bone & skin. 2 breasts in a whole so it can be roasted or air fried.

Cut along the back so bird can open to lay flat for grilling, smoking, or baking. All skin surfaces will be able to get cripsy & cook quicker & more evenly. The breast won't overcook waiting for the thighs to catch up.

Render & strain to create THE MOST amazing tasting roasted potatoes or veggies.  Natural, Non-GMO, Pastured animal fat is healthier than processed fats, has a higher heat point, & is THE most flavorful fat for cooking. I always have a jar in the freezer for cooking. Also called 'schmaltz.'  Please note: schmaltz keeps in fridge 3-4 days; please store in freezer & thaw small portions as needed.

Seeing & tasting is believing! These eggs are as gorgeous as they are delicious from our heritage breeds of hens. The range from the deepest brown, tan, olive green, blue, & white eggs.  We have a relatively small flock with access to acres of shaded & sunny, grassy pasture.  We want to be sure they aren't crowded, clean accommodations, & have the best quality of life possible. 

Sourdough loaves are made with Organic Flour, Water, & Salt. Baked in pan dusted with rice flour.
